WHAT TO ENTER 

Digital photo requirements: a jpeg file with a resolution of not less than 300 dpi at a minimum size of 5 x 7 inches (1500 pixels x 2100 pixels, or greater). Jpeg file must not exceed 20 MB. Other formats acceptable include .png or .psd.

  Your address
  Your email address
  Your phone number

By entering, the entrants warrant and represent the following with respect to their submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the submission and its copyright; (b) photo was taken solely by the entrant; (c) the submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and (d) any third parties appearing in the submission have given their consent to having their photo be entered into the contest.

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Alberta Charolais Association, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and co-sponsors, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this contest or any contest related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that all submissions may be reproduced and published (without notice or compensation) any electronic media and any printed material such as books, catalogues or online media.

Submissions may be cut, reformatted, rearranged, combined with other materials and/or otherwise modified. Participation in the contest and acceptance of prize constitute the winner’s permission (or that of the copyright holder) for the Alberta Charolais Association to use their names and photographs without notice or additional compensation.
